I would like to relate the following message earlier sent to the honorable members of the Israeli Knesset to your honorable leadership.

Honorable members of the Israeli Knesset:

It is my fervent wish that now that an American politician has finally stated the truth about Judea-Samaria not being suitable as a Palestinian state, that you follow up by

1) Considering the biblical alternative Palestinian state alluded to in Zechariah 9

2) Consider changes to the Law of Return to allow JOES aliyah, including the millions of Burmese refugees (identified by Rabbi Eliyahu Avichayil as M’nashe) and the families of Native Americans whose DNA links them to the X-haplograph of Northern Israel. Please realize my heart’s cry — that Hashem’s vision for Eretz Yisrael is more than a purely Jewish state, it is a means to return ALL of Israel led by the House of Joseph. Lo tzion bli Yoseif! And Jacob long foretold concerning the House of Joseph: “v’yidgu laROV b’kerev ha-aretz.” And please here my heart on this, too: “Od Yoseif Chai!”

The kerev is the HEART of the land, Judea-Samaria, where Beit Yoseif is destined to be the ROV. I was shown in a dream in 1998 and it was confirmed to me through a contact with a tzaddik in Jerusalem in 2000 that more than 2.5 million Joes will inhabit the Shomron and possibly contiguous regions in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. You can make that happen. Set the rules however you want them, but when you issue the invitation, the Joes will come, 2,520,760 of them. And the uncountable ranks of the other tribes will follow.

Israel could be part of an international consortium with Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and as a humanitarian gesture house these “homeless, not comforted and tempest tossed” Shinlung fom Burma in the Shomron, the adjoing Gil’ad in Jordan and South Lebanon and the Golan. In this manner, Z’charya 10:10 is fulfilled without a war! How can any nation object to such a humanitarian gesture?

A buffer population of M’nashe would dilute the Palestinian majority in Judea-Samaria — and assure whatever political party that came up with the idea a constituency for decades to come. There are also certain and verified ties between Native Americans and M’nashe. In fact, I would challenge the rabbonim to investigate whether this branch of M’nashe may not be the n’zirei from his brothers of Jacob and Moses’ prophesies and the n’zirei Yisrael who would be restored in Yeshayahu 48.

However this Knesset chooses to accomplish this, it is time for it to begin. The 2730 years of judgments against the Northern Tribes have expired. Please, at least appoint a committe to look into this.

4) By averting a Palestinian state in Judea-Samaria, and relocating the Palestinian population from especially the fields of the Shomron and the fields of Ephraim, you will have saved millions of Palestinian lives, according to the warning in Obadiah 17ff. The Palestinians wil have much more fertile land and a better life in a contiguous state once the bloodshed ends, the language in the charter is deleted and the ultra-Nationalism — in Judea-Samaria ends (the conditions Zechariah lays down for this Palestinian state).

Thank you most of all for your service to the nation of Israel to which I long some day to return and for your good stewardship of the inheritance of Joseph.
